Jobie-To-Bee Committee, Grand Guardian Council, Idaho

December, 2004

Daughters and Bethel Guardian Council Members,

HAVE YOU HEARD THE BUZZ?

There's a new and exciting club open for your friends.

It's the IDAHO JOBIE-TO-BEE CLUB!

The Jobie-To-Bee Club is a subsidiary of Job's Daughters, and operated by the Grand Guardian Council of Idaho.

We all enjoy making new friends. We all get satisfaction from helping others. And most of all, we all like having FUN!

So what's stopping you - now is the time to introduce your friends, neighbors, sisters, cousins etc to the new Jobie-To-Bee Club. It's a great club to get involved in and in doing so, they will learn all about Job's Daughters. Membership is free and open to girls aged under ten. Jobies-To-Bee receive a bi-monthly newsletter, "The Bees Knees", special invitations to Job's Daughters events and fun socials such as pizza parties, sleep-overs and movie afternoons.

In order to build a strong future for our Order in Idaho, we need your help. We are asking each Bethel to submit the name of a contact to be called the Jobie-To-Bee Bethel Coordinator. We would suggest that this be either a recent Majority member or your Director of Promotion or Promotor of Sociability. This Bethel Coordinator will be a liaison between the State Coordinator and the Jobies-To-Bee for your Bethel. This Jobie-To-Bee Bethel Coordinator will be responsible for distributing information, invitations and newsletters to their Jobies-To-Bees and also coordinate any activities specifically for Jobies-To-Bee.

We will also need you to supply us with a listing of all of the Jobies-To-Bee associated with your Bethel so that we can maintain a state-wide Jobie-To-Bee register.

Remember that your Jobies-To-Bee can be invited to all of your Bethel activities, whether it is serving a dinner, a parade, a fundraiser event, installation and any function held prior to your regular Bethel meetings.

So what's stopping you, invite those you know under the age of ten to join today.

A major launch of the Jobie-To-Bee program including welcome packets and information will be distributed at JDU in January, 2005. Be there to get the great news on this wonderful program.

Please provide the above information to me at the above email address by December 31, 2004.

Yours sincerely,
Vanessa Fowler, PHQ, PSG
